Michael Davis

Michael Davis was appointed City Manager in 2022 after serving as Assistant City Manager for three years. He brings over 20 years of municipal management experience, having previously served as City Manager of Clovis, California and as the Public Works Director in Visalia. Davis holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and is a credentialed member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). He oversees the city's 1,200 employees and $450 million annual budget.
