About
David Martinez has represented District 3 since 2020. A retired Demo City Fire Captain with over 25 years of service, he brings firsthand knowledge of public safety operations to the Council. Council Member Martinez serves on the Public Utilities Commission and the Veterans Commission as Council liaison. He is a graduate of Demo City Community College and holds emergency management certifications from FEMA. He is dedicated to first responder support, emergency preparedness, and veterans' services.
