Daniel Garcia

Daniel Garcia has served as Demo City Clerk since 2019, managing all official city records, elections, and legislative documentation. He oversees the agenda management process, public records requests, and the city's records retention program. Garcia holds a Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks and a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Fresno. He previously served as Deputy City Clerk for the City of Madera.
