Police Review Board
The Police Review Board provides civilian oversight of the Demo City Police Department by reviewing complaints alleging officer misconduct, examining use-of-force incidents, and recommending policy changes to the Chief of Police and City Council. The nine-member board meets monthly and holds public hearings when appropriate. Members are appointed by the City Council and serve three-year terms. The Board promotes accountability, transparency, and community trust in law enforcement through its review process and annual reporting.
